Thank you for shopping with D'Vines. We ship our caps with care from Sydney, Australia, to customers worldwide.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
- Standard shipping: AUD $10.00 — estimated delivery 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: AUD $15.00 — estimated delivery 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders of 2 or more caps (AUD $79.98+)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Standard international shipping: AUD $20.00 — estimated delivery 7–21 business days, depending on destination
We currently ship to Australia, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and selected countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. For the full list of available regions, please check at checkout.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
